Dream Therapy

The dreams we have, both at night when we are sleeping and in the daytime – daydreams, are a way  in which we communicate with ourselves.    They are a rich language made up of images, feelings, colour, sound, relationship, landscape and more.  Using our dreams as a starting point in therapy we can learn about ourselves, what we need and who we are right now.   Working with dreams therapeutically can be exciting, challenging and very moving.

I work in a humanistic way with dreams which means that I don’t interpret – rather I support you to experience your dream as though in the present and work with you so that you can experience the layers and richness it has to offer.
