‘Mirror, Mirror…’An Ongoing Group for Women

What do you say to yourself when you look in the mirror?

Mirror WallIf you are unkind to yourself about any aspect of how you look, the size or shape of your body or a body part, your teeth or nose perhaps, and would like to work towards feeling satisfied and happier with yourself then this group is for you.

So many of us speak cruelly to ourselves without noticing.  This matters because it impacts our self esteem and how we feel day to day.  Perhaps you hide, deprive yourself of success or hold yourself back from doing what you want. Maybe you struggle with how getting older is impacting the way you look.

Through the use of discussion, exercises and exploration this group is an ongoing opportunity to discuss these topics in a respectful and non-critical way; to get support from other women and to create esteem-full and satisfying ways of communicating with, and caring for, yourself.
