Therapy for Life Balance

Your therapy sessions offer a time and space that is just for you.  Together we focus on you and your life.  We take time to consider what is important to you – the dreams that perhaps have got lost along the way, the hopes you have for yourself.   There is something very powerful about getting very clear about what it is that is important to us – what we want.  When we do very often serendipity steps in and supports us and suddenly ‘coincidences’ happen and events that we could never have dreamed off move us towards our goals.

When did you last take time to think about what you want?  To consider yourself?  If you can’t remember it’s definitely time to make a space for yourself in your own life.  If you don’t no-one else will.  Therapy could be that time.  Working with a skilled and empathic listener could really support your to clear the way to your dreams.
